One of the toughest, most durable thermoplastic filaments, providing an excellent finish on a semi-mat surface. Perfect for iterative testing. Z-ULTRAT Zortrax M200 filament is perfect for prototyping models with features similar to products manufactured in the injection moulding technology. It’s also suitable for mechanical and chemical post-processing. Objects 3D printed with Z-ULTRAT filament are strong, stable and time resistant. Z-ULTRAT properties are suitable for use in the evaluation of the object before starting mass production.

Z-GLASS
Minimum Layer Height: 140 microns (0.14 mm)

Z-GLASS is the Zortrax M200 filament with a translucent structure, great for prototypes of products, which are dedicated to be manufactured from glass or translucent plastic. Thanks to light-transmitting surface, Z-GLASS is applicable in automotive, industrial design and architecture projects. It is also resistant to salts, acids and alkalis, which makes it perfect for creating mechanical parts exposed to chemicals.

Z-HIPS
Minimum Layer Height: 140 microns (0.14 mm)

Z-HIPS Zortrax M200 filament is a material with outstanding resistance to warping during 3D printing process. Thanks to this feature Z-HIPS is excellent for making large elements such as: housing prototypes, bigger parts or architecture mockups. It has unique matt texture, which absorbs light and reduces visibility of minor flaws, giving prototypes a real commercial look. Z-HIPS is also resistant to solvents.

Z-ABS

The classic, most efficient and versatile thermoplastic filament, perfect for parts requiring testing, functional prototypes and concept models. Z-ABS provides aesthetic options with quality manufactured properties. This is the most economical Zortrax M200 filament and is available in many different colours.

PolySmooth
Minimum Layer Height: 90 microns (0.09 mm)

Finishes

The part will be trimmed of any print supports and hot air will be applied to remove any white marks.

Acetone

The part will be exposed to acetone vapour to slowly melt the

The part can be coated in a resin compound which gives it a harder surface finish and makes it perfect for painting.

PolySmooth Polysher

The part will be exposed to a fine mist of isopropyl alcohol to remove striations and give a gloss look.
