Lost or Broken Parts

It can often add insult to injury to find that the part that has just broken on your machine is no longer manufactured or is available to you. You might be thinking about buying a new machine or replacing a part of it. This could cost you a lot of money to resolve.

You need not worry however, as we can help you to reverse engineer the part and bring it back from the dead.

If you send us the part (in any condition) our engineers will use a combination of laser scanning and manual measurement techniques to redraw your part in CAD software. If the part is broken beyond a point that measurements can be made we offer a free site visit to come and measure the machine in question.

Once you have a solid CAD model we can help you to find the right material to manufacture it in, in the quantity you need.We have a range of 3D printing technologies and materials onsite that you can choose from but also have access to a network of other fabricational techniques such as Laser Cutting, CNC Milling.
